Staff

All Staff attend In-Service training regularly and recognise the importance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Knutsford Community Pre-school members of Staff are enthusiastic and committed. They treat each child in a friendly and polite manner, are respectful towards children of all backgrounds and abilities and foster a positive and trusting relationship between adults and children.

We ensure all Staff keep up to date with new developments, attend training courses and implement changes and new ideas as soon as feasible.

Key workers are responsible for a small group of children and make sure that the planning of the curriculum takes each child’s development into account. Regular observations are kept to ensure the individual progress of every child is recorded. Parents or carers are advised of their child’s progress informally and during set parents’ meetings.
